Andy Lloyd -acrylic and watercolour artist.
My portraits often feature models from around the world, who
kindly give me permission to create elegant paintings using images
from their portfolios.
My specialty is creating a shallow depth of field effect on canvas.
This creates a distinct varying degree of focus throughout my
paintings.
This technique works well for portraits, and types of still-life.
I also enjoy quite strong colours, which is ideal when using acrylics
as a medium. I am 'artist-in-residence' at the Norfolk House Dental
Surgery, London Road, Gloucester. I am also a published novelist
and science writer. I have appeared on television, radio and featured
in numerous magazines.

Katharine Dove -mixed media artist.
Katharine, (Kate) lives and paints in
the Cotswolds, Gloucestershire.
Kate loves painting big, and vibrant
mixed media canvases. She uses enamel colours and acrylic paints
onto her stretched canvases.
Her free, confident style is very apparent
when you watch Kate create her pictures, which, with a swirl of
paint, adeptly applied to the surface of her canvases, Kate's
paintings emerge and crescendo into the large, bright paintings
of flowers, gardens, landscapes and street scenes.
Katharine gathers her inspiration from
the surrounding landscapes, gardens, towns and villages of Gloucestershire
in England.

Frances Browne, oil painter and abstract artist.
"My family and I live in the picturesque
surroundings of the Cotswolds in England. We
all like to explore the Cotswolds, always accompanied by our faithful
scatty friend, a cross springer-border collie dog called Sarah".
Frances does large and small canvas art
paintings such as 6"x6" oil paintings
of birds and mixed media contemporary abstracts which she
merges into life on large 24"x24" art canvasses.
"I paint from my recollections of birds and wildlife that
I see out and about in the Cotswold countryside. I am inspired
by the precious, fleeting moments of encounter I have with wildlife
and by the wonder of flight and the migrations of birds".

Glynn Griffiths - Sculptor
"My work considers materials seemingly at odds with each
other". "Between the organic and inorganic, between
the Natural and the Man-made".
Glynn's work appears to have an intended function alluding to
an implied, yet undefined practical purpose.
He recently graduated Fine Art - MA, and received the 'Clifford
Chance Sculpture Award'. This annual award is given to an artist
to install a site-specific 3 dimensional work in the main foyer
of the Clifford Chance building in London.
Glynn previously worked as a photo-journalist for the 'Independent'
newspaper London, until he left to do an MA in Fine Art. Glynn
pursues his long held passion today, - working as a full time
sculptor.
